No. You can take the baseline assessment and see your readiness score without creating an account. An account lets you save your results and access training programs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalties. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
What's included in the free trial?
Pro and Elite tiers include a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. You'll be prompted to add payment only if you choose to continue after the trial.
Is this only for women?
The platform is built specifically for women entering public safety careers, with programming designed around female biomechanics, hormonal cycles, and the specific challenges women face in these fields. Men pursuing these careers are welcome to use the programs, but the content is optimized for the female experience.
