Common questions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings, no penalty, no hassle. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you subscribe and feel the platform isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. We'd rather earn your trust than keep your money.
What's the difference between Badge, Pro, and Elite?
A free account already includes the assessment, 12 performance-builder programs, quick workouts, recovery tools, the study center, the job board, the hiring tracker and the community. Badge unlocks the full program library and CPAT prep. Pro adds the AI coach, advanced analytics, the pre-hire document checklist, and deeper gap and department analysis on job pages. Elite adds mentor contact and messaging and the full hiring roadmap.
Is there a free trial?
Every new free account gets 7 days of full program access with no card. On paid plans, Pro and Elite start with a 7-day free trial; Badge is billed from day one. Checkout asks for a card on every plan, and a trial moves to paid automatically when it ends unless you cancel first.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Not to create an account. A free account needs no card and includes 7 days of full program access. You add a card at checkout when you start a paid plan or a paid-plan trial.
Is this built specifically for women?
Yes. Built For The Badge was designed for women entering fire, EMS, law enforcement, dispatch, and military careers. The programming accounts for female biomechanics, cycle-based training, and the specific challenges women face in these hiring processes.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and saved data remain accessible on the free tier. Nothing is deleted.
