Requirements

<p style="margin: 0; text-align: justify"><em>Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:</em></p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: justify"><br></p><ul style="margin-left: -0.25in; margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>Receives and responds to complaints and proactively addresses: </li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"><li>vacant, dangerous, and substandard dwellings or structures;</li><li>work without a building permit, expired/stagnant permits involving Code Enforcement;</li><li>after hours call outs for structurally unsafe, unsecured, fire-damaged, or flooded buildings; </li><li>illegal uses, zoning violations, illegal vendors, business license and use permit enforcement, etc.;</li><li>urban blight caused by junk and debris, inadequate property maintenance, graffiti, etc.;</li><li>ne
