<strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</u></strong><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li>Knowledge of criminal investigations with primary experience conducting applicable investigative work.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of investigative procedures, evidence collection methods, evidence preservation, and available forensic examination processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze complex information and communicate concise, actionable intelligence through police radio communications.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to remain calm, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions during high-stress and life-threatening emergency situations while monitoring multiple information systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of privacy laws, legal requirements, and court testimony procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Certif
