Requirements

<ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li>Knowledge of office and cash handling practices and procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of general maintenance of facilities and equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of rules, regulations, principles, and procedures governing construction and maintenance activities at a public park.</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures and occupational hazards for construction and maintenance activities.</li><li>Knowledge of first aid principles and methods and skill in their application.</li><li>Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.</li><li>Skill in preparing and maintaining maintenance and revenue records and reports.</li><li>Skill in operating equipment, tools, and vehicles.</li><li>Ability to operate and maintain public parks and related facilities and equipment u
