This position helps ensure ambulance services are billed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations, supporting the Fire Department’s ability to continue providing critical care to the community.<p>In this role, the person would be part of a small, collaborative, and supportive team where communication and teamwork are valued. The day-to-day work includes reviewing ambulance documentation, submitting insurance and Medicare claims, following up on payments, and providing helpful, respectful customer service to patients and insurance providers.
