About This Role
GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) providing fire prevention, fire protection and emergency operations; 2) performing emergency medical service at the paramedic level; 3) performing hazardous materials responses; 4) performing airfield fire control, disaster response/control and recovery; and 5) driving and operating an ambulance. ***Certification Requirements for GS-09: Current National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians-Paramedic certification (NREMT-P); Firefighter I, Firefighter II, Airport Firefighter issued by DoD, ProBoard, or IFSAC.
