This work follows established manufacturer guidelines and safety standards set by the Ada County Sheriff’s Office. The position requires an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) G1 certification. <ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;" data-pasted="true"><li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must have an ASE G1 </li><li>Ability to maintain effective working relationships.</li><li>Ability to keep a clean and organized work area; and</li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Basic understanding of car parts and how they work.</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li>Familiarity with where different car parts go, like fuel lines, mufflers, and brake components.</li><li>Knowledge of basic tools, materials, and techniques used in car maintenance and repair.</li><li>Awareness of safety rules and precautions when working with cars and in a shop.</li><li>Ability to remove and replace car parts and make simple adjustments.</li><li>Skill in using basic tools and t
