Requirements

<strong>License Required:</strong> Possession of a Valid License to practice Pharmacy in California.<br><p data-pasted="true" style="text-align: center;"><strong><u>Applicants are required to attach a copy of their license to their application.</u></strong></p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong> Completion of training or experience either concurrent with or subsequent to formal education leading to licensure which would have provided knowledge of unit dose and I.V. Additive Concepts.<br><br><strong>Desirable Qualifications:</strong><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li>Retail, hospital or jail experience is preferred but not needed</li></ul>
