Requirements

Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:<br><br><u>Experience</u>:<br>Two years of increasingly responsible experience in dispatch, transit operations, and/or customer service.<br><br><u>Training</u>:<br>Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.<br><br><strong>LICENSING &amp; CERTIFICATIONS:</strong><br><br><u>Required</u>:<br>Possession of an appropriate valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability.<br><br><u>Preferred</u>:<br>A valid North Carolina, Class B Commercial Driver's License with Passenger and&nbsp;Airbrake&nbsp;endorsements.<br><br><strong style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;
