About this role

Patrolling, securing and protecting an assigned public park, or other public areas or buildings; and related work as required. <strong>Shift work and rotating assignments are required for this position.</strong>

Requirements

<ol> <li>A written test weighted 100%. </li><li>If given a conditional offer of employment, a qualifying medical, including a psychological/psychiatric evaluation.</li></ol><strong><u>Note</u></strong><strong>:</strong> A background investigation will be conducted, which will include a urinalysis to detect usage of illegal narcotic substances, and a check of arrest and conviction record.<br> <br>All applicants are required to assist and cooperate with the Civil Service Department in obtaining past employment records, medical records or personal history information. Failure to comply may be cause for disqualification.<br><br>This is an original entrance examination.
