Requirements

<ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;" data-pasted="true"><li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent;</li><li>Experience in customer service, including serving a diverse population;</li><li>Experience in reading and understanding laws, codes, or rules, and being able to apply them;</li><li>Knowledge of investigative techniques;</li><li>Knowledge of due process requirements;</li><li>Knowledge of location of VIN on all types of vehicles;</li><li>Knowledge of use of all types of office equipment;</li><li>Skill in verbal and written communications to include conflict resolution in tense situations;&nbsp;</li><li>Skill in the operation of a personal computer and use of Microsoft Office programs;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to learn code enforcement practices;</li><li>Ability to learn zoning ordina
