The ideal candidate would have a construction background in the building, plumbing, mechanical, and /or electrical trades. Code Enforcement Officials are responsible for enforcing codes and regulations for commercial and residential construction projects.</span><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;">The City of Asheville’s Development Services Department is composed of a team of dedicated professionals who stay committed to the City Council’s goals.
