Requirements

<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Knowledge and Abilities </span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br>Working knowledge of modern office procedures and practices, of correct punctuation, spelling and grammatical usage, together with a good vocabulary. Working knowledge of filing, indexing and cross-referencing methods and of effective public contact methods. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports; to make simple arithmetical calculations; to learn and effectively explain the policies and procedures pertaining to the work; to work effectively under pressure and with frequent interruptions; to exercise good judgment in making decisions according to existing laws, regulations and policies; to understand and carry out oral and written instruction
