Bailiff- Marion County Circuit

About this role

<p>The bailiff provides clerical/administrative assistance to the judge and Court. The bailiff conducts open court sessions and assists in the operation of the Court. <strong>This is not a security position</strong>. This position requires extensive computer skills as the Court is on an E-filing system. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p> </p>

Requirements

<p>Minimum of a high school diploma or HSE is required. Knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and civil and/or criminal court procedures a plus. Proven computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Products and Email are required. Must be able to interact with diverse groups of individuals and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
