Requirements
<strong><u>REQUIRED EDUCATION</u></strong><br>Possession of a high school diploma, G.E.D. equivalency or a high school proficiency certificate. <br><br><strong><u>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</u></strong><br>Current Communication Reserve<br><strong>OR</strong><br>At least six (6) months of experience in animal services field or in a customer service, dispatch, call center, or clerical position responsible for receiving, evaluating, and responding to inquiries or complaints.<br><br>Upon the hiring managers decision, any combination of training, experience, and education may be substituted to meet the minimum qualifications.
