<p data-pasted="true">The City of Anaheim Community Services Department is seeking to hire Part-Time Park Rangers. Under moderate supervision, this position will patrol 65 municipal parks, conduct restroom checks, lock restrooms, secure gates, educate the public on rules and policies, polices and submit reports. Park Rangers act as liaisons between the City of Anaheim and other internal and external departments. Candidates are expected to be able to multitask, problem-solve, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a part-time, year-round position of approximately 20-32 hours per week; however, no minimum number of hours is guaranteed.</p><p>Candidates will be required to submit a minimum of 30 hours of availability.</p><p>This position operates <strong>seven (7) days per week</strong>, including <strong>weekends and holidays</strong>.</p><p>Employees are assigned to a primary shift upon hire. While staff are generally scheduled within their assigned shift, <strong>work schedules, days, and hours may be adjusted based on operational needs</strong>, including City events, special assignments, staffing needs, training, and other program requirements.
