Requirements

<ul><li>Must be a U.S. citizen and be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.<li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).<li>Must be able to meet the MCOLES Employment Standards.<li>Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including operation of motor vehicles and other equipment.<li>Must possess a valid Michigan driver’s license and a good driving record.<li>Must have no felony convictions and no record of serious misdemeanor convictions.<li>Prefer Police Cadets to pursue an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement or related field.</ul>
