Requirements

<strong><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Education and Experience: </span></strong><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);"><br></span><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">High School Diploma, GED, or have passed a high school equivalency examination approved by the Board if Education <strong>AND</strong> at least 2 years of experience as a Police Officer.</li></ul><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);"><strong>Certifications/Licenses/Other Requirements:</strong><br></span><ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Certification as a Virginia Police Officer.</li><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Must be at least 21 years old. &nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1);">Must obtain and maintain a valid Virginia’s driver’s
