Specialized experience is defined as examples of the following: Performed suppression operations and instructed others during initial attack or assisting with prescribed burns; Gave formal talks and informally provided information on fire prevention laws, rules, and regulations; and Issued various permits and ensured users were in compliance with rules and regulations. For the GW-07: You must have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GW-06 in the Federal service.
