<div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;">The City of Alameda is hosting a <strong><u>paid</u></strong> Summer Internship Program for High School students. This is a great opportunity to learn about City government, so don’t miss out! Interns will be placed in one of the City's departments and work alongside City staff. Departments include: Base Reuse & Economic Development, City Attorney's Office, City Manager's Office (Communications division and Housing & Human Services division), Finance, Fire, Human Resources, Information Technology, Alameda Municipal Power, Police, and the Rent Program.</div><br><strong>ELIGBILITY </strong><br>To be eligible for this program, applicants:<br>• Must be a City of Alameda resident or attend a school in Alameda<br>• Must be at least 16 years old<br>• Must be able to obtain a valid school work permit<br><br><strong>SALARY AND HOURS</strong><br><u>The City's minimum wage is $17.46 per hour and Interns may work up to 100 hours.</u><br><br><strong>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS</strong><d
