<p data-pasted="true">The City of Chandler Police Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a <strong>Police Officer Recruit</strong>. This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position with benefits. &nbsp; The position work schedule is subject to a wide variety of shifts (i.e., day shift, swing shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays).</p><p>Note: You may apply for this position every 6-months. &nbsp;If duplicate applications are submitted, the first application will be accepted and all other applications will be rejected.</p><p>Starting Salary: <strong>$35.58</strong> per hour</p><p><strong>Hiring Incentive</strong>: &nbsp;</p><p>For those that are new to the City of Chandler - $1,500 paid in two installments, $750 paid upon hire with first paycheck and $750 paid upon successful completion of Probation. &nbsp;<strong>You will be required to complete a 12-month probationary period</strong>.</p><p><strong>Test Date:</strong></p><p>The following steps are required to participate in the Chandler Police Department physical fitness testing and oral interviews currently scheduled for <strong>Saturday, October 10, 2026</strong>. &nbsp;If y
