LEAD FIREFIGHTER (BLS/ HAZMAT OPS)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leads firefighters in firefighting and rescue operations; 2) Directs and participates in practice drills and/or training practice for assigned crew in all phases of firefighting techniques and equipment maintenance and use; 3) Inspects, tests and/or corrects deficiencies on fire protection systems; 4) Performs basic life support and non-invasive emergency procedures to stabilize patients.
