CRIME ANALYST (GREATER CINCINNATI FUSION CENTER)

About this role

This employee performs professional level technical and analytical support in the daily operations of the Greater Cincinnati Fusion Center.  Employee assists all Police Department personnel in a timely manner in the collection, collation, analysis, and dissemination of the data collected including, but not limited to, crime, arrests, calls for service, and traffic data.  Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

<p>Each applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Police Science, Public Administration, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistical Analysis, Information Management, or a related field. Additionally, each applicant must have one year of prior work experience in crime analysis/research and/or intelligence analysis/research&nbsp;Experience may include teaching and/or research as a paid/unpaid graduate assistant.
