Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English and have excellent inter-personal skills. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License. Must possess sufficient strength and physical capacity to perform essential job functions, including application of physical restraint techniques, participation in defensive tactics training, and other required physical activity.
