Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien. Must be 18 years of age at time of appointment to the position. Must reside within Coconino County upon appointment to the position. Must be a high school graduate or possess a G.E.D.<br><br>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<br>Must obtain an Arizona driver's license upon appointment to the position and maintain it throughout employment. Must successfully pass a written examination, interview board and physical agility test. Must successfully complete background check, polygraph examination, medical examination and drug test prior to employment. Must not have a felony conviction within the last ten years or dishonorable discharge from the military. Must not have a misdemeanor conviction involving domestic violence within previous five years.
