This position serves as a key technology resource for the Sheriff's Office, helping employees effectively use and maintain the technology systems they rely on every day.</p><p style="margin:0in;"><br></p><p style="margin:0in;">The Technology Support Specialist provides technical assistance and training, installs and maintains hardware and software, troubleshoots technology issues, manages technology assets, and serves as a liaison between Sheriff's Office personnel and City Information Services (IS). The position also assists with mobile technology systems, including computers, cameras, software applications, and related peripherals.
